By Kathy Barnard, University Communications PULLMAN, Wash. – Fran Hermanson, a nearly 30-year veteran of data and analysis in higher education, is the new executive director of institutional research at Washington State University. Interim Provost Dan Bernardo announced the appointment, which becomes effective immediately, today (April 16).
