By Steve Nakata, Student Affairs PULLMAN, Wash. – When Washington State University students return for fall semester, a new tobacco- and nicotine-free policy will go into effect during the first week of classes on Monday, Aug. 22.
PULLMAN, Wash. – Referendum 43-01, a policy for a tobacco-free campus, passed by 59.5 percent with 1,781 votes Wednesday. Jared Powell and LaKecia Farmer were elected president and vice president of the Associated Students of Washington State University.
