By Debby Stinson, Museum of Art PULLMAN, Wash. – Eight contemporary art prints valued at about $33,000 have been given to the Museum of Art at Washington State University by Seattle art collectors and gallery owners Greg Kucera and Larry Yocom.
SEATTLE – Efforts to establish a new college of medicine at Washington State University received a boost of private support from Bellevue, Wash., businessman and WSU alumnus Mikal Thomsen. He has committed $100,000 to directly support founding and operation of the WSU medical college proposed in Spokane.
PULLMAN, Wash. – More than 400 toys were donated this week to the Pullman Child Welfare Association by contractor Skanska USA Building, its employees and affiliated companies.
