One-year MBA educates business managers, future leaders

data-analytics-MBAPULLMAN, Wash. – Application and admission requirements for a data analytics MBA at Washington State University will be presented in several free, public informational meetings over the next few weeks. All majors are welcome.

A small class – typically 30-40 students – promotes connection, individual leadership development and quality interaction with professors for participants in the One Year Data Analytics MBA in Pullman.

“Graduates will develop strategic and analytical skills that will position them for successful careers in various industries,” said Mauricio Featherman, faculty director. “For example, students will develop entrepreneurial and critical-thinking skills through case discussions and projects. A highlight will be the opportunity to travel abroad and participate in global business practice firsthand.”

Informational meetings will be 5-6 p.m. on Jan. 20, Feb. 10, March 9 and April 6 in the Carson College of Business Center for Student Success, Todd 101. RSVP to Alicia Booth at

The Carson College of Business has offered the MBA degree for more than 55 years. The Pullman One Year Data Analytics MBA complements a suite of MBA educational offerings, including the Executive MBA Online, the Online MBA and the general MBA at WSU Tri-Cities and WSU Vancouver.
