RICHLAND, Wash. – Prospective students and their families can explore options to pursue bachelor’s degrees at a free, public preview 5:30-7 p.m. Thursday, April 23, in the West Building at Washington State University Tri-Cities, 2710 Crimson Way, Richland.
“This is a great opportunity for families to discover the range of opportunities available to students in our region,” said Mariella Lora, WSU Tri-Cities enrollment counselor. “They can earn a highly valuable WSU degree right here in the Tri-Cities.”
In-depth information will be presented about undergraduate degree offerings in business, hospitality business management, education, engineering, environmental sciences, computer science, pre-health sciences, sciences, liberal arts, nursing and wine science.
Faculty will discuss program strengths, signature courses, research opportunities and program requirements.
Staff and students will lead workshops on the application process, scholarships, student services and resources. Prospective students will learn about housing, financial aid, scholarships and the Running Start program.
