Photos: Snowflakes cold and colorful

PULLMAN, Wash. – Dry, crystalline snow will remain on the ground for some days as the weather clears and turns unseasonably cold into the weekend, according to the area forecast.

Snowflake_6734Clouds may roll in by the weekend as temperatures warm, and new snow is expected early next week.
