ASWSU Ku-Ah-Mah is hosting our Fall 2013 Round Dance Celebration, Saturday, November 2 at 6 p.m. at Schweitzer Event Center 91825 Schweitzer Drive, Pullman).
The origins of Round Dance lie in the healing dances. The Round Dance is retains its spiritual core and inspires joy and happiness – men and women, young and old dance in a display of friendship and recognition of each others differences and accepting those differences.
This Round Dance is open to the public and free to attend. In collaboration with the Native American Women’s Association (NAWA) under the Coalition for Women Students will provide the traditional stew dinner.
