For more than 25 years, Postel has researched and reported on what she describes as the geography of water stress and its implications for agriculture, rivers and wetlands, and regional peace and security. She teaches about how innovative technologies and strategies will not only improve irrigation sustainability, but also alleviate hunger and environmental stress.
