Want the comfort of knowing you can effectively respond to an emergency situation and possibly save a life? University Recreation offers various safety education courses through the American Red Cross, where you can receive national certification in CPR/AED and first aid training. Classes vary throughout the year but start September 7 for training on adults and pediatrics, and September 12 for training on adults only. Registration is now open and there is a limited amount of spots available. Prices for training start out at $43 for Student Recreation Center (SRC) members and $51 for non-members.
