Dining Services makes the first stop of the Road Trip touring America’s cuisine next week, Sept. 3-4, 2013. Experience delicious meals inspired by specialties from Louisville, Kentucky. Items include the famous Hot Brown Sandwich, rolled oysters, corn spoon bread, BBQ collards, and Derby pie. Different selections of these hot and savory Southern dishes will be served at the three WSU dining center locations. Try them all for some good eatin’!
