The Enterprise Systems Group has been actively working with our service provider, Oracle on Demand, to address the performance of the zzusis portal. We have made some changes directed at improving the load and performance of the portal. You should be seeing better access and improved response times now.
We will continue to actively monitor the system along side of Oracle on Demand and work with them to respond to performance issues.
