During the Week of Welcome, the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships (OFAS) will host a couple of instructional sessions for students on the Pullman campus about the new online appointment system called FinAid Scheduler. Having been out of ‘school mode’ for three months, these ‘how-to’ workshops will serve as an introduction to the FinAid Scheduler tool now available for students. FinAid Scheduler went live about three weeks ago, and WSU students are quickly embracing the opportunity to conveniently meet with a financial aid counselor by booking an online appointment to do so. FinAid Scheduler allows students to schedule financial aid visits around their busy schedules by going to the OFAS home webpage at www.finaid.wsu.edu.
The Week of Welcome FinAid Scheduler workshops will be held Tuesday, August 13, and Thursday, August 15, from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. in Lighty Student Services, room 380. There’ll be free refreshments and giveaways for students who attend. No pre-registration is required. Please encourage students to drop by for a quick look at this awesome new resource!
