Learn how to earn your MBA at WSU Tri-Cities event

MBA poserRICHLAND, Wash. – Learn how to earn a master’s in business administration degree – including the new emphasis in technology management – through Washington State University Tri-Cities at an information session at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, in the Consolidated Information Center, Room 120, 2770 Crimson Way, Richland. Admission is free to the public; no RSVP is needed.
 
Topics will include an overview of the MBA program, the admissions process, prerequisites, the cost, course work, how long it takes to finish and more.
 
WSU’s nationally recognized business faculty deliver a world-class, face-to-face graduate business education in the Tri-Cities. To meet the scheduling needs of working professionals, all classes are held in the evenings – Monday through Thursday – on the campus in north Richland
 
“Our faculty blend theory and the best business practices, identified through scientific research, to challenge emerging professionals in the classroom and with hands-on problems,” said Elizabeth “Liza” Nagel, assistant vice chancellor for professional programs.
 
“All of the faculty who teach in the MBA program at WSU Tri-Cities hold doctorates,” she said. “And we are proud that our MBA students provide a diverse mix of professional experience as entrepreneurs in agriculture, research, engineering, education, health care, accounting, marketing and management.”
 
Applications to the MBA program are being accepted. Also, the summer session at WSU Tri-Cities includes many business courses that are part of the MBA program, including prerequisites for admission.

Directions: Drive north on George Washington Way, pass Hanford High, turn right at the stoplight onto University Drive, turn right into campus then turn left into the Consolidated Information Center (CIC) parking lot.
