Information Services will be performing maintenance on the Pullman telephone and voice mail system on Saturday, Feb. 2, from 7 – 9 a.m.
This activity will cause phones on campus to restart and this should all take place within a few minutes sometime during this maintenance window. Calls in progress at that time should NOT be interrupted but the phone will restart once the call completes.
If you find a phone has not re-registered by itself, please unplug and re-plug the network cable from the back of the phone. This will re-initiate the phone registration sequence which should correct the issue. The registration process may take 30-40 seconds.
After this maintenance, 333-MAIL will no longer work as an access number for voice mail. Please use 335-MAIL to access voice mail from on and off campus.
