ELLENSBURG, Wash. Washington State University alumna Dana Dobbs has been awarded the U.S. Army’s Bronze Star for exceptional meritorious wartime service in Afghanistan in 2012.
As part of the Army Reserve veterinary corps, she mentored Afghan provincial veterinarians and others involved in agricultural production.
Dobbs, 49, lives in Ellensburg, Wash. She graduated from WSU in 1988 with degrees in microbiology and animal science.
