Open Enrollment for the FSA and the DCAP benefits will start Thursday, Nov. 1, and run through Nov. 30, for the 2013 plan year. Both of these benefit programs require an employee to enroll in the program annually in order to participate for the next plan year.
If you want to begin or continue participation in the FSA and/or DCAP for 2013, complete the enrollment form found at www.hrs.wsu.edu/Open+Enrollment+2013 under the 2013 Open Enrollment Forms and Online Changes link.
This form must be returned to the Pullman Human Resource Services (HRS) office no later than Nov. 30. WSU does not participate in the online enrollment option that you will find referenced on the ASI webpage and literature.
The enrollment form is for both FSA and DCAP. Please review and complete the form carefully to ensure you are enrolled in the appropriate program.
If you choose to enroll in a Consumer-Directed Health Plan (CDHP) for 2013, you will not be able to participate in the FSA benefit.
