The Pullman Human Resource Services (HRS) Benefits staff has taped an Open Enrollment Information Session to provide an overview of the 2013 plan year changes, and also provide valuable information about the Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP), and Consumer-Directed Health Plans (CDHPs) and Health Savings Account (HSA).
