Oct. 27 is Make a Difference Day, a national day of service designated as a time to give back to our communities. This year, the Center for Civic Engagement is offering five projects in the community: horse care with REACH or Orphan Acres, exhibit care at Palouse Discovery Science Center, store operations with Second Chance Animal Thrift Store, and Haunted Palouse event assistance with the Palouse Chamber of Commerce.
