Faculty and individuals advising students are now reviewing and releasing advising holds for students. Instructions on how to release holds, now called service indicators with zzusis, can be found here.
To access additional training resources login to zzusis, under “Main Menu” click “zzusis Training”, then click on “Advising” to open the training for the Advisor Center. Click on the plus sign (+) next to Advisor Center to open the different options available. Click on “Release Advising Hold” link to launch. You can watch a step by step demonstration via “See It!” or try it as well as print the instructions.
