Help WSU secure the title of the Pac-12’s most active school by participating in the Pac-12 Fitness Challenge from Oct. 22-28! The Pac-12 Fitness Challenge is a conference-wide initiative promoting regular physical activity. Students, faculty and staff are all encouraged to join University Recreation for a week of games, fitness classes and activities around campus. Faculty and staff will have FREE access to the Student Recreation Center (SRC) from Oct. 22-28, so come help us win the day and crush the Huskies!
All twelve schools will be competing to accumulate the most minutes of physical activity to earn the title of Pac-12 Fitness Challenge champion. To participate, use the Pac-12 Fitness Challenge Facebook page to choose your school, log your minutes, and help lead the Cougars to victory! Staff will be on hand at the Student Recreation Center to help with the process of logging minutes. Come participate on Monday and Tuesday to receive your free t-shirt (while supplies last) and the chance to win daily prizes at the SRC including gift cards and free massages. Those who log minutes all 7 days will be entered to win a grand prize! Come represent WSU and get active during this year’s Pac-12 Fitness Challenge.
