PULLMAN, Wash. The future of diversity at Washington State University will be discussed in three forums beginning at noon Tuesday (students), Wednesday (faculty and staff) and Thursday (community members), Oct. 23-25, in Butch’s Den in CUB L60.
“Creating Our Diversity Vision for the Next 25 Years” is part of the 25th anniversary celebration of the WSU Office of Multicultural Student Services (MSS). The WSU Center for Civic Engagement is co-sponsoring the forums as part of its Public Forums initiative.
Participants will get to taste a new flavor of ice cream created by WSU’s Ferdinand’s Ice Cream Shoppe for the anniversary – champagne legacy swirl.
In celebrating 25 years of MSS, WSU seeks to acknowledge the collective leadership of the university community in advancing the diversity legacy and look ahead through ideas, visions and dreams to the type of university community envisioned for upcoming generations.
