Participate in multiple Wellbeing workshops on Oct. 3-4 that are designed to fit your needs.
On Wednesday, Oct. 3, two workshops are offered:
1) Managing and Understanding Student Loans, a class that explains the different types of loans, how to pay them off, and how to keep track of them; and2) A Bike Maintenance Clinic designed to help participants take the necessary steps to get your bike road ready.
Thursday, Oct. 4, offers three workshops:
1) Slow Your Roll: Stress Management teaches participants about practical relaxation techniques to reduce your stress and increase productivity.2) Job and Internship Search Strategies will helps its participants learn about the most effective job search methods are in order to land a job in this tough economy.3) DIY Bike Series Week 6: Fitting and Build will teach its participants how to properly fit their bike for comfort.
