PULLMAN, Wash. Students can benefit themselves and the Pullman community by helping lead design and construction of a community park on the corner of Ruby and Colorado streets.
The Associated Students of Washington State University Ruby Street Park Committee will host a meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10, in CUB 210, for interested students.
The committee wants a group of students to lead all aspects of park development, said ASWSU Director of Campus Outreach Bryan Inglin. Students will gain experience in planning, designing and executing a project that will benefit the broader community, he said.
