SAS Institute has developed powerful and relatively user-friendly software for statistics (JMP 10, JMP Pro) as well as for breeding and genetics (JMP Genomics). It has advanced Windows-based software that enables statistical analyses without writing SAS code. JMP also has amazing graphical capabilities, and actually allows you to utilize or edit the underlying SAS code if you wish.
Two JMP representatives will be on campus August 16-17 to present seminars, hands-on tutorials, and individual consultations. The seminars are on Thursday, August 16, from 8:30 a.m.-12 p.m. in T-101 Food Science.
