Ariel Aguilar Reyes is a professor of Sociology from the University of Havana in Cuba who specializes in International Political Relations. Has worked for more 20 years in social and political relations at several Cuban institutions (Ministry of Foreign Relations, Academic of Sciences, Havana University).
Mr. Aguilar specializes also in social movements, sociological tendencies and different aspects of the bilateral relations of minority sectors. He recently conducted research on social movements in the United States and on different aspects of the historical conflict between Cuba and the U.S. Mr. Aguilar has published numerous articles on international education and Latin American culture and politics.
