The Office of International Programs, ASWSU’s International Students’ Council, and the United States Postal Service present the first annual International Education Week Passport Fair!
USPS will be on campus on Thursday, April 12, from 12 – 3 p.m. in the CUB Jr. Ballroom to process passport applications and assist with passport-related questions.
The application form for first time applicants, Form DS-11, will be provided at the event by USPS and applicants are responsible for bringing the following:
Proof of U.S. Citizenship
Original and Photocopy of ID (front and back)
Check/Money Order (no cash) two separate checks for application fee ($110) and execution fee ($25)
Two Passport Photos
