Communication everyone is doing it!
This interactive workshop focuses on an aspect of communication that plays a critical role in departmental success the art and technique of providing appropriate feedback. Beginning with an overview of team concepts and then moving through an assessment of personal communication style, the workshop includes examples and approaches to communication interactions when it becomes necessary to deliver critical news. It also includes information on how to analyze and potentially incorporate feedback as the recipient.
Appropriate for all employees, this workshop takes place on Tuesday, April 10, from 9-11:30 a.m. in CUE 518. It is important to register in advance.
