Faculty and individuals advising students are now reviewing and releasing advising holds for students.
Below are instructions on how to release holds or service indicators within zzusis.
1-Log in to zzusis (zzusis.wsu.edu)
2-Click on “Main Menu”
3-Click on “Self Service”
4-Click on “Advisor Center”
5-Click on “My Advisees”
6-Click on “General Info” tab
7-Service Indicator
8-Click on “Undergraduate Advising Hold”
9-Click on “Release” button (upper right)
10-Click “OK” to confirm
11-To repeat for next student Click “Go to top” link
12-Click the “Change Advisee” list
13-Select the next student advisee
14-Click the “change” button
15-Click “Service Indicators” link
16-Repeat steps 8 through 15 to release remaining advisee holds
Training was offered in February and March and additional training resources are available within zzusis. To access the training resources log in to zzusis, under “Main Menu” click “zzusis Training”, then click on “Advising” to open the training for the Advisor Center. Click on the plus sign (+) next to Advisor Center to open the different options available. Click on “Release Advising Hold” link to launch.
