PULLMAN, Wash. The Valentine’s Day plant sale will be 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, Feb. 13 and 14, at the greenhouses across from Ferdinand’s Ice Cream Shoppe. The annual sale is conducted by the Washington State University Horticulture Club.
