Learn to be a personal trainer with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Training Certification Prep Course starting January 24. The course teaches guidelines for safe, effective and purposeful exercise, essentials of client-trainer relationship, conducting health and fitness assessments, and designing and implementing appropriate exercise programming. Additionally, this course prepares individuals for the ACE Personal Trainer Certification Exam. This course does not certify you to become a personal trainer, but you are eligible for a discount on your exam fee. The cost is $100 for Student Recreation Center (SRC) members, $140 for non-members and registration closes January 20.
