Posters and presentations from students in majors across the university will highlight the first annual Showcase for Undergraduate Research and Creative Activities (SURCA) on the afternoon of Friday, March 30, 2012 in the CUB Ballroom and nearby rooms.
It’s estimated that up to 25 percent of undergraduatesthat’s thousands of studentsare involved in mentored research, scholarship, and creative activities at WSU. They are making original intellectual or creative contributions to their discipline.
SURCA is a university-wide event showcasing strictly the work and findings of students in all years and across multiple majors and disciplines.
