2012 Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Celebration

Events for the WSU/Pullman celebration and remembrance of Martin Luther King, Jr. begin with the annual Community Celebration January 12, 2012, 4 p.m.-6 p.m., CUB Jr. Ballroom.
 
Keynote speaker is Dr. Aaron Oforlea, English Department.
 
The University Singers will preview their Black History Month program; Singing for Justice: Music and the American Civil Rights Movement and the Martin Luther King Distinguished Service Awards will be presented to faculty, staff, students and community organizations.
