Throughout the next few months all the way through the 1st of September you will see a lot of construction activity for the new Martin Stadium Press Box. During this period of construction there will be intermittent traffic disruptions on a section of “Stadium Way”, between Wilson road and Ferdinand’s Lane, and a section of “Wilson road” West of Stadium Way to Terrell Mall in front of the CUB, with single lane to full road closures.
The Press Box Construction Site is very tight; we ask that you stay within the safe walking passage as directed by the construction signs and pedestrian/traffic controllers. During construction a section of Wilson road West of Stadium Way to Terrell Mall at the CUB is closed to all pedestrian traffic. In this section of Wilson only use the sidewalk on the South side of the street. The only time you should be walking on Wilson road within this section is when crossing at the Wilson and Stadium Way intersection or crossing Wilson to enter the IT Building on the South entry. Vehicle traffic on this section of Wilson is only open to Handicapped with Permit, emergency, and delivery & maintenance. Visit: http://thecougarfootballproject.org/ for project updates.
