Open Enrollment for the FSA and the DCAP benefits will start Tuesday, November 1st and run through November 30, 2011 for the 2012 plan year. Both of these benefit programs require an employee to enroll in the program annually in order to participate for the next plan year.
If you want to begin or continue participation in the FSA and/or DCAP for 2012, complete the enrollment form found at www.hrs.wsu.edu/Open+Enrollment+2012, under the “2012 Open Enrollment Forms and Online Changes” link. This form will become available on November 1, 2011.
This form must be returned to the Pullman Human Resource Services (HRS) office no later than November 30, 2011. WSU does not participate in the online enrollment option that you will find referenced on the ASI webpage and literature.
The enrollment form is for both FSA and DCAP. Please review and complete the form carefully to ensure you are enrolled in the appropriate program.
If you choose to enroll in a Consumer-Directed Health Plan (CDHP) for 2012, you will not be able to participate in the FSA benefit.
