
PULLMAN, Wash. – Eugene Ballet will perform “The Nutcracker” at 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 4, at Beasley Coliseum.
Tickets are free for Washington State University students. The cost is $28 for adults, $16 for other students and $30 for the first seven rows. Tickets can be purchased at TicketsWest outlets, 800-325-7328, at Festival Dance in Moscow, 208-883-3267, or at the door.
The classic ballet is a young girl’s dream of a life-sized nutcracker soldier who battles giant mice before changing into a handsome cavalier who takes her on an enchanted journey to the Kingdom of the Sweets.
Fifty local dance students will perform in the show with the Eugene Ballet. Audience members can meet the dancers in the concourse after the performance.
“The Nutcracker” is supported by WSU’s Visual, Performing and Literary Arts Committee (VPLAC) and presented by Festival Dance & Performing Arts.
