Join the Outdoor Recreation Center as they enjoy and improve the trails within Kamiak Butte County Park on November 6. This beautiful park is recognized as a National Natural Landmark. This trip will include a 3.1 mile scenic hike through the Pine Ridge Trail yielding the second highest point in Whitman County and amazing panoramic views of the Palouse region. Part of the day will be spent working on the project site in order to maintain the trail for others to enjoy the park and the views. This popular ORC trip provides an opportunity to give back to the community while enjoying the trail and getting some exercise. The cost for this event is $15 for Student Recreation Center members, $25 for non-members and registration ends October 30.
