PULLMAN, Wash. Learn how to join the fight to end hunger across the Palouse at a discussion sponsored by the Center for Civic Engagement (CCE) at 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 24, in CUB L54. Topics will include how rising need across the Palouse has affected food banks and social services, what challenges there are to food security in the local community and how to become part of the solution. Students enrolled in CCE community service learning can earn two hours of reflection credit.
