We are looking for participants to complete a red wine trained sensory panel. This project will evaluate red wine aromas, flavor, mouthfeel, and taste attributes of red wines. Starting Monday, October 10, panelists will attend 4 weeks of training and evaluation on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 3:10-4:00pm.The panel will be complete on Friday, November 4.
Panelists will receive a Ferdinand’s coupon at the end of each session and a WSU wine glass upon completion of the study.
Participants must be 21 years of age.
