PULLMAN, Wash. – Steven Walk, Washington State University executive chef and associate director of dining services, is featured on the cover of On Campus Hospitality, a national trade magazine concerned with all things food in the collegiate world. The magazine also includes an article about WSU’s new Union Marketplace in the September issue.
Union Marketplace, located in the CUB, was specifically requested by students who wanted a convenient place to buy healthy snacks and food. It is located next to the library so it is convenient for students who are studying late at night.
