Saving old voice messages for litigation, records purposes

As part of WSU’s migration to a VoIP telephone system, a new voice message system was implemented on March 5-6.
 
While voice messages on the old system may continue to be accessible for a limited time, employees who have saved messages for litigation/pre-litigation hold notice or records retention schedule purposes must take prompt action to preserve and retain these messages.
 
If you have saved these messages on the old voice message system, please contact Ralph Jenks, Office of Procedures, Records and Forms, at 335-2004 or jenks@wsu.edu by April 8 to assist you in saving these messages in the proper format.
