PULLMAN – WSU civil engineering professor Dan Dolan said engineering is an international endeavor.
“It’s not just in your backyard anymore,” he said.
He’s the adviser for the WSU chapter of Engineers Without Borders, a group that uses members’ skills to ensure people locally and globally have their basic needs met.
