PULLMAN – Community members are invited to the annual free, public Tree Lighting Celebration, beginning at 4 p.m. Friday, Dec. 3, on Pine Tree Plaza in downtown Pullman. The lighting will take place at 6 p.m.
WSU’s Butch the Cougar will be there, along with the WSU Cougar Marching Band tuba and euphonium section and other local choirs and bands. Enjoy free cocoa and cookies while waiting for Santa to arrive and then help him count down to lighting the tree.
