Bill Moos’ colors are crimson and gray. He is a COUG through and through. A 1973 graduate of WSU, he’s WSU’s new director of athletics. He was an offensive lineman for WSU from 1969-1972 (all the 1970-71 home games were played at Joe Albi Stadium before Martin Stadium opened in 1972), was captain of the 1972 team that finished 17th in the nation, was first team All Pac-8 that same year and played in the East-West Shrine All Star Game.
