Ideas sought for Common Reading Program book

PULLMAN – If you were to pick one book that new students would read and use in first-year classes across the disciplines at WSU, what would it be?
That’s the question the Common Reading Program’s selection committee is asking. The group is charged with gathering several nominations and narrowing the field to a few that will be presented to the provost for final selection.
Nominations are open for the 2011-12 academic year, with books likely to be distributed at summer orientation before classes start. Nominations should be made online on the common reading website (click on NOMINATIONS OPEN at the upper right). Information is online about what books already have been nominated.
