Pullman artist Matthew Leiker, who paints under the name Mateo, created the poster for the 2009 Lentil Festival. This exhibit features more than 50 of his paintings celebrating American leisure culture of the mid-20th century.
“It’s a summer show and it just feels very summery,” says Keith Wells, curator of the Museum of Art/WSU. “It just feels fun.”
