President Elson S. Floyd and Provost and Executive Vice President Warwick M. Bayly will take part in a forum to discuss the university’s budget for the next fiscal year at 4:10 p.m. Monday, April 19, in the CUB auditorium.

The budget approved by the Washington Legislature this week called for a reduction of $13.5 million, or about 6.3 percent, for WSU. These cuts are in addition to the reduction of $54 million that lawmakers made last year for WSU for the biennium.
Floyd and Bayly will discuss how the university plans to address the cuts and take questions from the audience.
