Merry Lawrence, program support supervisor for Health and Wellness Services, has been selected as the April 2010 Crimson Spirit Award recipient.
She was nominated for her role in reviewing and improving billing processes and procedures in HWS, which resulted in more effective and timely service for WSU students.
The award is a monthly commendation for superior efforts in quality service, exceptional creativity in problem solving, noteworthy extra effort, and demonstration of trust and respect in a difficult situation, in support of WSU’s strategic goals.
