Acoustic Guitarist Tim Reynolds Coming to WSU Oct. 11

PULLMAN, Wash. — Tim Reynolds, an established acoustic guitarist who played with Dave Matthews Band, will perform 8:30 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 11, at Washington State University’s Beasley Performing Arts Coliseum. Jennifer Bresnahan, local singer and songwriter, is the opening act.

Reynolds is a self-taught musician with a variety of musical talent. He plays the violin, mandolin, drums and bass but is best known for his guitar work. His influences include Carlos Santana, Marilyn Manson, Bob Marley and Led Zeppelin.

Reynolds played on seven of Dave Matthews Band’s records including: “Crash,” “Live at Luther College” and “Under the Table and Dreaming.” He toured with the band as a guitarist and had the opportunity to become a permanent member. Instead, he opted to work as a solo artist. Reynolds released seven solo albums, including his most recent, “Nomadic Wavelength” in April.

The Associated Students of WSU Entertainment Committee is sponsoring the concert.
