Become a fitness instructor this summer, University Recreation (UREC) will have Fitness Instructor Training (FIT) May 31-June 1. This course is a combination of lecture and practical application that will cover the basics of group fitness instruction and will prepare participants to teach at UREC or the general fitness industry. The cost for this course includes an instruction manual and enrollment in the fitness session class of choice to shadow.
