As of February 1, all on-campus events hosted by registered student organizations (RSOs) must have their event request submitted in CougSync, at minimum, two weeks before the event. Any event registration request that is not submitted in CougSync prior to two weeks before the event date will not be approved.
This is not a new procedure, however, this university policy will be strictly enforced come February 1 for the safety and planning purposes for all students, staff, and faculty at WSU.
